Hi! Thank you for visiting 1759 Stonecrest Blvd. on the Tyler Area Builders Association Parade of Homes 2024! I had the opportunity to work with A&B Custom Homes to select all of the interior and exterior finishes, and with Swann’s Furniture to select and customize all of the furniture and accessories. (PS-all of the furniture and accessories are available for purchase!) I had a blast working on this project, and we hope you enjoyed it! Here is a list of all of the finishes used in the house. Paint Colors

The same paint color is used throughout the house. Sherwin Williams Snowbound (SW 7004) in an eggshell finish on the walls and a satin finish on all of the trim and white painted cabinets. Any wood cabinets are white oak wood with a satin clear coat applied to show off the wood’s natural beauty. Any other paint or stain finishes will be listed room by room.

Door Hardware

• wood floors throughout are Castillian Permier Coastal Fog engineered hardwood with coordinating herringbone design in entryway

• kitchen and countertops are polished Taj Mahal Quartzite

• plumbing fixtures are Pfister in the brushed gold finish

• island pendants and picture lights are hand rubbed antique brass by Visual Comfort
